This policy describes how Physics Zen handles information. Practice stays on your device unless you choose optional features.

Practice data stays local by default

Problems, answers, mastery progress and the mistake journal are stored on the device. You can use the app without creating an account.

Optional account and sync

If you sign in, Supabase stores the email address, display name and practice progress needed to sync across devices. Account deletion is available in the app for signed-in users.

Purchases

RevenueCat handles purchase state. It receives an anonymous app user id and purchase information so subscriptions and lifetime access can be restored. Purchases currently go through the Apple App Store.

Analytics, only after opt-in

PostHog analytics run only after you opt in. Product-interaction events are collected in that case. Session replay is disabled. Precise location is not collected, and IP-based location is suppressed.

What we do not do

• No advertising and no advertising SDKs.
• No session replay.
• No precise location.
• No contacts, health data, or user-content uploads for ads or tracking.

Data we may process if you opt in or sign in

• User ID: app functionality and, if opted in, analytics.
• Product interaction: analytics after opt-in.
• Purchase history: app functionality via RevenueCat.
• Email address and name: app functionality after sign-in.
