Physics Zen

CEEC (大考中心)

AST Physics (分科測驗 物理)

Focused practice for the 分科測驗 physics paper across its five elective courses: mechanics, gases, waves and optics, electricity and magnetism, and modern physics. Also covers the physics in the GSAT (學測) science paper. Fluids and capacitors are not included.

49 skills · g = 9.8 m/s²

Conventions

  • The path has 49 skills for the 分科測驗 physics paper: the required physics course, the five advanced elective courses and the junior-high prerequisites.
  • It also covers the content of the physics in the GSAT (學測) science paper, but GSAT physics items are mostly short conceptual questions, often multiple-select, and the path drills numeric problems.
  • Multiple-select items, graded derivations and drawn graphs are not simulated. Pulse superposition, Huygens' principle, how electromagnetic waves are produced and measurement uncertainty are not drilled; fluids, capacitors and the moment of inertia are not on the path.
  • Problems use g = 9.8 m/s².
  • Physics Zen is independent exam-style practice, not official exam material, and is not affiliated with the CEEC (大考中心).

How Physics Zen helps

The path follows the five elective courses the 分科測驗 physics paper examines, plus the required physics course and the junior-high prerequisites, with g = 9.8 m/s² already set. At the harder levels, twenty original exam-style items are mixed into their skills: most answer with five options, as the paper's single-choice questions do, and some ask for a written numeric answer, from Millikan's oil drop and Thomson's e/m to the Bohr model and thin films. Every skill generates fresh problems with instant checking and a worked solution.
